About
Hiring built on evidence, not claims
Employed keeps the working profile private, saves labeled versions, and records the exact version submitted. Hiring teams review that evidence, with an auditable handoff when the process moves to another system.
The problem we started with
In markets where formal references are thin and CVs travel as documents nobody can confirm, both sides spend most of their effort just establishing trust. Employers re-run the same checks over and over; candidates retype the same history into every form and are judged on how convincing the document looks rather than what is in it. Neither side gets the benefit of work they have already done.
What makes Employed different
Verification is a state, not a badge you buy
Companies and profiles move through one shared verification process, and every transition is recorded. A trust signal here refers to a specific check that happened at a specific time — not to a paid tier.
Your profile is yours, and it is portable
Profiles are versioned and exportable as JSON Resume, an open standard. You can take your history elsewhere without retyping it, and an employer can see exactly which version they were shown.
Local first, in your language
Listings, currencies and hiring norms are specific to each market rather than a translation of somewhere else. The site runs in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Where we are today
Employed is early. We would rather say so plainly than pad this page: the platform is live and open to employers and candidates, and the feature set is still growing. If something is missing, or does not work the way you expect, telling us is genuinely useful.
